Kelly Manufacturing stood out as a strong fit after taking a closer look at the business and its capabilities. The company has built a solid reputation around precision CNC milling and turning, with real depth in 3, 4, and 5-axis machining, supporting both prototyping and production work.
As with many of our acquisitions, the process was straightforward and collaborative. We worked directly with ownership to put together a structure that made sense for both sides, allowing for a clean transition while keeping operations running smoothly for existing customers.
Kelly Manufacturing adds meaningful capability to our platform, particularly on the multi-axis side, and strengthens our ability to take on more complex work while maintaining speed and consistency.
